Pipelines

Opportunity Pipelines

 

In this area, you’ll have the capability to construct, arrange, and oversee various pipelines that comprise your opportunities section.

 

If you haven’t already explored the “Opportunities” tab within your CRM, it’s advisable to do so once you’ve finished reviewing this instructional guide to familiarize yourself with its features.

 

NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.

 

 

 

Pipeline List

All the pipelines that have been created can be conveniently found in the pipeline list, providing you with easy access and an organized view of your pipelines.

 

 

Edit Pipeline

Utilizing the edit functionality, you can modify an existing pipeline in various ways, including altering its name, adding or eliminating stages, and performing other adjustments as needed. To learn how to edit a pre-existing pipeline, please refer to the accompanying GIF for visual guidance.

 

 

Delete Pipeline

In order to remove a previously-created pipeline, simply click on the trash can icon. Be cautious, as once a pipeline is deleted, it cannot be recovered and will be permanently erased!

 

 

 

Create New Pipeline

To initiate the creation of a new Pipeline, click on the green + Create new Pipeline button located in the top-right corner. You will then be guided through the process of providing a pipeline name, entering stage name(s), adding stages, and choosing whether to display or hide the stage funnel chart and stage pie chart.

 

  1. Pipeline Name

When creating a new pipeline, you want to give them names according to their purpose or the source of the leads.

We have pipelines named as “Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website Leads” etc.

  1. Stage Name

Pipeline “Stages” are what comprises your entire pipeline. Each stage is a new step in the pipeline process.

You will want to name your stages in accordance with the step of the process your lead is in.

For example “New lead”, “Registered”, and “Paid” are all pipeline stages that can be used for sales.

  1. + Add Stage

When you are ready to add a new stage, you will click this button and name the stage accordingly.

  1. Stage Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

  1. Stage Pie Chart: Show/Hide

By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

Actions

 

Under the Actions section, you are presented with several options for managing your pipeline. These include the ability to display or conceal the pipeline pie chart, show or hide the pipeline funnel chart, and delete a stage as needed. This offers greater flexibility in customizing your pipeline’s appearance and functionality.

  1. Pipeline Pie Chart: Show/Hide

By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this pipeline in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

  1. Pipeline Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

By clicking this toggle button you can choose whether to show this pipeline in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

  1. Delete Stage

You can delete a stage by clicking this garbage can icon. Once you delete a stage, it will be permanently deleted.
