GMB Messaging

The GMB Message workflow action in your workflow enables you to send messages to your contacts via Google My Business. However, to ensure successful delivery, the contact must have messaged a GMB page that is connected to your CRM within 24 hours before the event.


To get started, click on the + icon and select GMB MEssage. If you have previously created templates, you can use them by selecting the Templates field and choosing the appropriate one from the options provided by your CRM. Alternatively, you can type your message directly in the Message field. Additionally, you can use specific custom values such as the contact name by clicking on the Custom Values option.
